Wrap yourself in warmth and authenticity with our Signature Scarf, crafted from our 50/50 blend of upstate wool and alpaca. Elegant and insulating, each scarf is made using fibers sourced through Carbon Beneficial™-certified New York farms, with 75% of the materials raised locally and every piece produced by skilled makers in New York State.
Because we work with minimally processed fiber, you may notice tiny bits of hay woven into the yarn—a natural reminder of its farm-to-yarn origins that can be easily removed with a sweater comb or tweezers. As with all natural wool, pilling may occur in the first few wears. Simply remove gently with a sweater stone or shaver.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Free shipping on orders over $150 (48 contiguous states only)
- Expedited shipping available for additional fee
- No shipping to PO Boxes, FPO, or APO addresses
International Shipping
- Canada only via UPS (3 options available)
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
- No shipping outside U.S. and Canada at this time
Processing & Delivery

Returns
Return Eligibility. We offer full-priced returns on products that meet the following conditions:
- Full-price items only (no sale items)
- Received within 30 days from delivery date
- Unworn, unaltered (including scents, and unwashed condition
- All original tags attached
- Items with dust bags must be returned in bags
- Original receipt or packing slip required
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds issued in original payment method
- Shipping and handling fees non-refundable
- Include note with reason for return
- For exchanges: specify product name, size, color, plus return address and phone number
Return Process
- Mail returns only (use carrier of your choice)
- Include original packing slip or receipt
- Retain tracking information (we're not responsible for packages not received)
