  • Expedited shipping available for additional fee

International Shipping

Returns

Return Eligibility.  We offer full-priced returns on products that meet the following conditions:

  • Full-price items only (no sale items)
  • Received within 30 days from delivery date
  • Unworn, unaltered (including scents, and unwashed condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Items with dust bags must be returned in bags
  • Original receipt or packing slip required

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued in original payment method
  • Shipping and handling fees non-refundable
  • Include note with reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify product name, size, color, plus return address and phone number

Return Process

  • Mail returns only (use carrier of your choice)
  • Include original packing slip or receipt
  • Retain tracking information (we're not responsible for packages not received)
