- Received within 30 days from delivery date
- Unworn, unaltered (including scents, and unwashed condition

- Items with dust bags must be returned in bags
- Original receipt or packing slip required
Refunds & Exchanges

- Shipping and handling fees non-refundable
- Include note with reason for return
- For exchanges: specify product name, size, color, plus return address and phone number

I purchased a Wax Jacket this past November. I hadn't had a real winter jacket in years, and for the first couple of weeks after buying it, the weather stayed warm and I wondered if I really needed it. But then winter arrived in the Northeast, the temperature dropped and the wind blew. Walking the streets of Boston on the coldest days, the jacket kept me warm and comfortable. The design, lining, multiple pockets, etc. are all great! A well engineered product! I look forward to wearing it no matter how low the temperature and wind chill. Going to miss it this summer!
